Prior Authorizations & Prescription Refills
The fastest way to request a prescription refill or a prior authorization request is through your preferred pharmacy.
Prescription refill requests made through your athenahealth Patient Portal have a turnaround time of 72-hours. Thank you for your patience.
Telehealth Visits
Your telehealth appointment link will be sent to your email on file prior to your visit. If you have not received a link at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment, please use the button below to log in to your athenahealth Patient Portal and send a message.
Please join your telehealth visit at least 5 minutes before your appointment starts. If you have technical difficulties, your appointment will be rescheduled.
