 Appointments & COVID-19 Tests for Existing Patients

Existing patients should use the athenahealth Patient Portal to request an appointment or a COVID-19 test.

If you have a question for your provider that is not urgent, we appreciate you holding questions until your next appointment.

If you are having a medical or mental health emergency, please dial 911.


Prior Authorizations & Prescription Refills

The fastest way to request a prescription refill or a prior authorization request is through your preferred pharmacy.

Prescription refill requests made through your athenahealth Patient Portal have a turnaround time of 72-hours. Thank you for your patience.


Telehealth Visits

Your telehealth appointment link will be sent to your email on file prior to your visit. If you have not received a link at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment, please use the button below to log in to your athenahealth Patient Portal and send a message.

Please join your telehealth visit at least 5 minutes before your appointment starts. If you have technical difficulties, your appointment will be rescheduled.
