To see Dr. Powers, you will need a Powers Family Medicine Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership. There, you can learn about the fees and included services.
If you have a Powers Family Medicine Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership, you can still use your Meridian Medicaid insurance or Commercial (Private) insurance for lab visits, imaging and other diagnostics, specialists, medication, and other services that Dr. Powers might recommend or refer.

Commercial (Private) insurance
Self-Pay (Uninsured)
We do not accept other types of Medicaid. -
Existing patients should contact the office by phone or email Questions@PowersFamilyMedicine.com to request an appointment or medication refills. Please provide the following information in your email
Your full name (legal or preferred)
Your date of birth
Day and Time ferences/requirements
Telehealth or In-Person preferences/requirements
Brief reason for appointment
Any change of information
If you are not having an emergency, but need an urgent appointment, please call the office.
If you are having a medical or mental health emergency, please dial 911.
If you are not an existing patient, but would like to be, please fill out the New Patient Inquiry Form. -
Dr. Powers has a Direct Primary Care model and does not accept any type of insurance.
If you have a Powers Family Medicine Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership, you can self-pay or use insurance (when possible and allowed under insurance plans) for lab visits, imaging and other diagnostics, specialists, medication, and other services that Powers Family Medicine providers might recommend or refer.

It depends! We have patients all over the United States and internationally. A member of our staff can provide more details about your eligibility after you fill out our New Patient Inquiry Form.

The Powers Family Medicine Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership for Dr. Powers is a membership program with quarterly fees that provides expanded access to Dr. Powers and select services without copays, deductibles and without billing or using insurance. Learn more and sign up here.

Existing patients should ask their provider non-urgent questions at their next appointment. You may also call the office or email Questions@PowersFamilyMedicine.com. Your provider or our staff will respond as soon as they are able.
At this time, we can not answer questions for non-patients. If you are having a medical or mental health emergency, please dial 911.

The therapy cats are in the office most days. However they are friendly, hypoallergenic, and not a single patient in two years has had an allergic reaction - not even those with anaphylaxis to cats.

Yes! Pay your bill via the payment portal. Please email us at Questions@PowersFamilyMedicine.com if you don't have a copy of your bill handy and need to confirm the amount.
