    We prioritize the physical and emotional well being of our patients and offer wellness and prevention counseling, testing, and health check-ups for adults and children. Our provider team also offers sexual health and wellness counseling, including STI testing, erectile dysfunction concerns, birth control questions, and more.

    We manage and treat chronic and urgent conditions and can diagnose a range of ailments right in our office. Whether it is the flu or you are exploring new medication for a chronic illness, we have you covered.

    Our providers manage and treat the unique health concerns members of the LGBTQIA+ sometimes face. We offer HIV testing and care, PREP and PEP counseling and treatment, gender affirming care, and emotional and mental wellbeing counseling. Our primary goal is to make every patient feel safe and comfortable.

  • The fastest way to request a prescription refill or a prior authorization request is through your preferred pharmacy.

    Prescription refill requests made through your athenahealth Patient Portal have a turnaround time of 72-hours. Thank you for your patience.

  • Your telehealth appointment link will be sent to your email on file prior to your visit. If you have not received a link at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment, please use the button below to log in to your Patient Portal and send a message.

    Please join your telehealth visit at least 5 minutes before your appointment starts. If you have technical difficulties, your appointment will be rescheduled.

  • Yes! Visit our Existing Patient hub to pay your bill. Please email us if you don't have a copy of your bill handy and need to confirm the amount.

  • Existing patients should ask their Provider non-urgent questions at their next appointment or through the messaging feature in the Patient Portal. At this time, we can not answer questions for non-patients via any forum.
